Kaizen Institute Norway

Kaizen Institute's new operation in Norway will officially start in October of 2017. Managing Director Gunnar Forsund has been the Director of the consultancy firm Lean Consulting (established 2002) since 2014 where he and his team (see photo above) trained numerous local and international companies and run various Lean consulting projects. Gunnar emphasized, “Kaizen Institute has very ambitious plans – the same as we have. Our vision and mission has been to Lean Norway. Now we’re part of the global mission of Kaizen Institute; Improving the world with Everyone, Everywhere, Every Day – The KAIZEN™ Way. That mission is for me a personal commitment – and we will strive as a team to contribute to it. We will work hard to establish Kaizen Institute as the preferred business partner in and outside of Norway, and I strongly believe that our experienced resources will contribute to fulfil the mission.” Beyond Norway, Gunnar’s team will be servicing the Scandinavian region and the Baltic countries.

Kaizen Institute Croatia

Kaizen Institute Croatia has officially become part of Kaizen Institute’s network in September 2017. With this new Business Unit, Kaizen Institute has strengthened its position in Croatia as #1 provider of Lean and KAIZEN™ consulting services. Kaizen Institute Croatia strives to establish long term partnerships based on achieving the set results with high quality service delivery. With more than a decade of experience in business, training & development and change management, the team is passionate about assisting their clients in making the Continuous Improvement philosophy part of their strategy and company culture. Bringing the KAIZEN™ methodology to Croatia and focusing on Gemba business activities will surely help companies on the Croatian market to reach a new level of sustainable and operational Business Excellence.

Kaizen Institute Tunisia

Kaizen Institute’s operation in Tunisia started its activities in July 2017, led by Managing Director, Mohamed Thabet, who has 25 years of experience in the field of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement using KAIZEN™ methodologies and knowledge in the Manufacturing Excellence. He plays a key role to develop and implement the KAIZEN™ culture in Tunisia.

Kaizen Institute Morocco

Our operation in Morocco officially began in July of 2017, led by Managing Director, Amine Adlouni. Since 2007, he has developed a private consultancy and training business, CFG CONSEIL, based in Casablanca, working for many clients operating in strategic sectors. Kaizen Institute Morocco will aim to provide high levels of performance and improvement for Moroccan companies, raising their competitiveness and growth by using KAIZEN™ methodologies.

Kaizen Institute South Africa

Kaizen Institute's operation in South Africa has officially started in October of 2017. Managing Director Mbuso Nkosi and his team of qualified and experienced consultants have been using scientifically sound tools in process and team performance management using a consistent foundation from front line to boardroom, melding “best practice” processes with engaged people. They have been guiding organizations in various, international sectors (mining, manufacturing and IT) to achieve world class performance and cultures that reflect enthusiastic, efficient and reliable people.
