Kaizen Institute Serbia

Bojan Scepanovic, CEO of MCB Edukacija (Serbia), and Kaizen Institute entered into the partnership to establish Kaizen Institute Serbia in OCT 2016. MCB Edukacija has been providing training and consulting activities for financial services to their clients since 2001. Kaizen Institute Serbia is led by Bojan (CEO) and supported by Uglesa Bogdanovic (Deputy CEO) and four consultants. The team is set to raise the competitiveness and the growth of the Serbian companies to the next level through KAIZEN™ Methodologies.

Kaizen Institute Sudan

Kaizen Institute Sudan has officially started its operation in FEB 2017. Isam Ahmed Awad Omer is the business unit leader. Prior to joining Kaizen Institute, Isam owned and led a Quality & IT Expert Company which offered consulting, training, Lean and IT related services for many years. Currently Kaizen Institute Sudan has two branches, one in the capital city of Khartoum and another in Port Sudan. The team consists of 20 consultants with various skills and expertise.

Kaizen Institute Ukraine

Kaizen Institute Ukraine was established in MAR 2017 and is led by the Managing Director, Dr. Ivan Sarwar (see photo above). His team has been working on quality management systems, Lean management, TQM, and TPM since 2008. With an excellent reputation, this team works with a wide range of customer networks across Ukraine, offering services to the business community for both Ukrainian and international companies. Kaizen Institute Ukraine is based in Kyiv and provides services to many leading companies such as Interpipe Steel, Ukrainian Metal Group (UMG), Energomashspetsstal (EMSS), NKMZ, JTI Ukraine, Toyota, Sony, Panasonic, Elopak, Weidmann, Kyivstar, and Modern Expo Group.

Kaizen Institute Poland

We have been in the process of restructuring our Polish operations. Since 2004, Kaizen Institute Poland has been operating in close collaborations with PROFES. As of March 1st, 2017, a new business unit Kaizen Institute Poland was established in Wroclaw, to operate solely for Kaizen Institute. Mariusz Bryke remains to lead the operations within Poland. His team has 12 consultants and provides services to many leading companies such as Orange, Polish Railway, JTI Poland, ArcelorMittal, Whirlpool, Faurecia, Leoni Kabel, Volvo, VW, Geberit, Axtone, Velux, Flextronics, Carlsberg, Coca Cola, and many more.
